Product Introduction
This camera module is a cost-effective 300,000-pixel fixed-focus DVP camera module, suitable for various economical smart terminals, simple visual recognition, and auxiliary monitoring devices.
Equipped with a 1/6.5-inch image sensor with a 3.4μm ultra-large pixel size for outstanding light sensitivity, it outputs 640×480 standard VGA resolution images with stable 30fps smooth output at 24MHz clock. It adopts a 6P+IR multi-element optical lens paired with an F2.4 large aperture and 118° ultra-wide angle, providing extensive framing coverage and sufficient light intake. Combined with infrared fill light, it achieves clear imaging in low-light conditions.
It adopts a mature and universal DVP parallel interface with a simple driver circuit, compatible with various microcontrollers and low-cost main control boards, with a low development threshold. Power consumption is only 70mW under VGA 30fps conditions, saving more power during long-term operation.
Supports stable operation in wide temperature range from -20℃ to 70℃, suitable for various indoor general use scenarios. Standard size is 32mm×30mm, with size customization supported to match different device structural installation requirements.
